Edit 10/10/2024 My initial frustration with sales and slow callbacks has been reversed by an extremely capable and professional experience at Southtown Dodge. My husband's 06 Ram 1500 quit. Brought my truck for my dumpster rental company in for a DEF issue called Monday morning they got me in the next day. Showed up the next day to drop the truck off and was done by the end of the day. Super friendly and great service and answer all my maintenance questions.
I was very satisfied with the service. I had both of my manifolds replaced and no problems with the warranties.

They made the buying experience fast, and I enjoyed working with them. I was pleased with what they gave me for my trade-in and I paid a fair price for my new Ram Truck which is a fantastic vehicle. My wife and I just purchased two used cars from Southtown. We were treated with kindness and respect, and the process went very well. The salesman, Benjamin Standish was very helpful in the process, and we found just what we were searching for. We traded one of our existing vehicles, and I thought we were offered a fair price. We have always bought your cars there and it has great service. But one complaint I do have it takes forever to have a oil changes done. The service is good it's just the time it takes.

Needed work done on my 11 dodge ram 1500 that I had bought at a sister dealership. Had taken my truck to get some work done with the other dealership and was NOT happy with the service, southtown did not disappoint me, communicated every step, called at the end of the day to let me know my truck hadn't been aligned yet but will be done in the morning the next day and thats exactly what happened, no surprises. Completely satisfied with the service and if i ever need done I'll be contacting them directly.

I feel the Service Team at Southtown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram always provides the best possible service on my vehicles which is why I continue to do business with them. With my most recent visit on 8/15/23, they were able to accommodate my last minute service request for an oil change and tire rotation prior to an unexpected long-distance trip occurring the next day!! AND I ONLY had to wait 45 minutes for them to complete the service. Way to go everyone and Thank you!
I enjoyed my experience at this smaller country dealership. The people that work there are very nice and personable and just gave you the hometown feel more than the bigger city dealerships. I felt like I got a very good deal and didn't even have to haggle on the price and that is very rare. We were very happy with our overall experience dealing with Southtown Dodge.

The recall work was completed in less than the estimated time required and we were promptly notified by our service agent. A loaner vehicle was provided, at no cost, so we were not tied to the waiting room. I have long used this dealership and their service center. I have always been pleased with the work done and the staff.

We did not purchase a vehicle here. But, our diesel truck had a DEF warning pop up, and we needed to get it to a dealership ASAP. We made about a dozen calls, and they were the only place that could help us. We were driving through from Texas, pulling a travel trailer, and they were super helpful.
