The oil change and tire rotation was done in a very timely manner. I was notified of upcoming service that will need to be done and I appreciate the heads up on that.
In for scheduled oil change under purchased service warranty. Informed of leak in tire, for additional charge, was taken care of. Tires rotated.

Good experience at Southdown Dodge Service Department, I took my 2021 Ram 2500 here for an oil change last week for the first time. They had friendly staff, reasonable price, I didn't not feel they were pushy, or trying to sell me something I didn't ask for. I was able to schedule it online the night before for a 7:30 am appt, they were done in a very reasonable amount of time. I plan on continuing to use their services going forward.

I was in Indianola for Thanksgiving and got into an accident due to the 12"+ snowfall. My Jeep was totaled from the damage and I limped it to Southtown. The entire staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in all efforts to get my son & I to our Thanksgiving, and with the efforts to settle things with the insurance company. Had a good experience overall, time to get things diagnosed took a bit longer than expected however Zach was really good to work with and did a good job communicating. Will return for other needed repairs in the future.

Friendly service, Oil filter was leaking after oil change, took it back in and had a bad seal on filter, they replaced the filter with a new one. Jeremy got it fixed right for me. Thank You

Had a problem with our transmission popping out of gear , it needed a TCM update, was taken care of quickly and right . Zach Pote was great to deal with, I always ask for him when service is needed , very professional and knowledgeable!
